  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Tracking Information: A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.


International Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm order details and calculate shipping costs based on the volumetric weight provided by the air carrier.

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 15โ€“20 business days after confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery time varies depending on your location and the selected shipping method, typically between 15โ€“20 business days.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Yazhli is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customerโ€™s responsibility.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and instructions. Please allow 24โ€“48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a tracking information email.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In the event of fabric shortages, please allow an additional 5โ€“7 working days for processing.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.


Shipping Restrictions

Please note:
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
