  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking Information: A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
  • Order Accuracy: Customers must provide the correct shipping address, contact number, and pincode. Yazhli is not responsible for delays or RTO caused by incorrect details.

International Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Our team will contact you to confirm order details and calculate shipping charges based on volumetric weight.
  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 15–20 Working days after confirmation.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 15–20 Working days, depending on destination.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Yazhli is not responsible for customs duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In case of fabric shortages, please allow an additional 5–7 working days for processing.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping services or shipping insurance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
