At Yazhli, we are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. While we do not offer refunds, we do accept exchanges under specific conditions. Please read this exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may be eligible to exchange a product under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is damaged upon delivery, valid proof is mandatory.
  • Size Issues: Exchanges for size issues are allowed after the original product is returned and inspected.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Unboxing Video Proof: A clear unboxing video is required to verify any damage.
  • Unused Condition: The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Request Period: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return Inspection: For size-related exchanges, the product must pass inspection and arrive in fresh condition.

Exchange Process

  • Initiate Exchange: Email us at yazhlicollection@gmail.com within 48 hours, including your order number, issue details, and unboxing video.
  • Exchange Authorization: Our team will review your request and share return instructions upon approval.
  • Shipping the Product: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier.
  • Inspection and Approval: Once received, the product will be inspected before approving the exchange.

Exchange or Replacement

If the returned product is approved, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a different size (subject to availability). If the product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement of equal value or issue store credit.

Replacement products will be shipped within 5 business days. Store credit, if applicable, will be issued within 24 hours after the product is received at our warehouse.

Exceptions

  • Custom-altered or tailored products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges due to customer errors (incorrect size selection) are accepted only if the product is returned unused and passes inspection.
